They also have worked with\nimportant composers as Volodymyr Runchak, Gabriel Erkoreka, Ramon Lazkano,\nSimone Movio, Antonio Lauzurika, Guillermo Schiavi and Aaron Siebert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bTheir chamber music work unfolds in\nmany places like Madrid, Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Cali,\nBangkok, La Havana, Netherlands, Ukrania, Sri Lanka and Oporto, among others.\nImportant halls have received the group, such as Piotr Chaikovsky National\nMusic Academy of&nbsp; Ukraine, Prince Mahidol Hall, Aksra Theatre King Power,\nCentral Conservatory of Beijing, Lviv Conservatory, Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March, sala\nBeethoven del Instituto de Bellas Artes de Cali and Sala Covarrubias del Teatro\nNacional de Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bIn 2019, the Quartet won the First\nPrize in the &#8220;International Music Competition Opus 2019&#8221; and the\nSilver Medal in the &#8220;1<sup>st<\/sup> Vienna International Music\nCompetition&#8221;, as well as First Prize in the &#8220;Thailand International\nWind Symphony Competition&#8221; (TIWSC) in the 2018 edition. In 2017 they got\nFirst Prize in the 88<sup>th<\/sup> Permanent Competition &#8220;Juventudes\nMusicales de Espa\u00f1a&#8221; as well as the First Prize in \u201cArtJove\u201d Chamber Music\nCompetition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also begin to work on repertoire focusing on large\norchestras as a project realized with the Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica Nacional de Cuba\nunder the direction of Lars Mlekusch.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psaiko Quartet has been featured in different festivals such as\nMallorca Saxophone Festival, III Festival Internacional de Saxof\u00f3n Bellas Artes\nde Cali, Festival Jong Talent Schiermonnikoog, EurSax 2017, Daya &#8211; Yamaha\nInternational Artist Concerts, S\u00e9rie Tend\u00eancias de la UFRJ, AIEnRUTa-Cl\u00e1sicos,\nMusical Cycle of Juventudes Musicales de Espa\u00f1a, Aveiro Sax Festival, XIII\nEncontro Galego do Saxof\u00f3n, Cycle of strings and winds of (La Pampa, among\nothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the different festivals in which they were part of, they\ngave masterclasses and conducted didactic concerts at the Federal University of\nRio de Janeiro, International Meetings of La Pampa (Argentina), and Luis\nGianneo Conservatory of Mar del Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also have been part of the jury of the semi-finals at the\n&#8220;2018 Hunan Wind Instrument Competition&#8221; in China, the &#8220;I\nConcurso Latinoamericano de Cuarteto de Saxofones&#8221;, and\n&#8220;ArtJove2019&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The quartet&#8217;s repertoire comprises of conservative music to new works with innovative styles, including dedicated works from Antonio Lauzurika, Diego Graciosi and Aar\u00f3n Siebert.
